A 1:1 practice is for the woman who knows something needs to shift, and is curious about our practices, breathwork, embodiment, sound, nourishment, movement, ritual, voice, styling.

Our team will meet with you first and recommend a practice journey with our trusted and experienced practitioners. Sometimes that’s one practitioner. Often it’s a curated combination of practioners to help you achieve your goals. 

We hear from you on what settles your system and what strengthens it. If you already have practices, we help deepen them. If you’re new to this world, we move one step at a time.

OLOVO is a private space to get honest about what you need, experiment and build out your practice that actually supports your life.

Group sessions run regularly throughout the year, always creating a safe environment with other like-minded women leaders who are looking to make the move in a different way.

OLOVO Safari and Inflow Retreats

This is an opportunity to step into a retreat or safari in the flow of your real life. Breaking the mold of when you can tap out and restore. Morning, evening, or a weekend reset. Designed for the woman who understands you do not need to wait until the end of the year to exhale.

Inflow Retreats
Bring a friend, or come solo and be met. Spend a few hours coming back home to yourself, without disappearing from your world to do it.

In Flow Retreats are where we get intentionally playful. Each retreat has a clear intention, and we curate a combination of practices to create richness and layered impact. You might move, then soften into sound. You might create with your hands, then ground through food.
It’s intentionally designed and we are open to evolve and create together. 

OLOVO Safaris
Join a community of women leaders who come together on a safari to explore new places and practices. Think Soakhouses and brunch, Frequency Sound Centres and Breakfast, Energetic Bushwalking and Soundhealing. 

Think of it as a mini recalibration. A circuit breaker for the constant holding.

Nourishment – rebuild a joyful relationship with food 

Guided by Tijana Stirling, a holistic movement guide, nourishment chef, and wellness mentor devoted to helping women heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Her work is rooted in deep respect for the human body and the innate wisdom it carries when given the space to be listened to rather than controlled.

With years of experience in yoga, functional movement, mindful cooking, and embodied living, Tijana supports women in gently unwinding patterns of disconnection, guilt, and confusion around nourishment. Rather than prescribing rules or rigid plans, she creates a safe, non-judgemental container where food becomes a place of curiosity, care, and medicine—both physically and emotionally.

  • Unwind the guilt and “good vs bad” thinking that quietly runs your choices
  • Understand your patterns, stress eating, skipping meals, control, perfectionism, overeating, and the emotional charge underneath it
  • Reconnect to your body’s cues, hunger, fullness, satisfaction, energy, mood, so you can trust yourself again
  • Make nourishment a priority without turning it into another job, especially in busy seasons of leadership, family, and hormonal change
  • Slow down food and cooking, so it becomes a simple ritual that supports you, not a task you resent
  • Create a way of eating that is sustainable, steady, enjoyable, and aligned with how you want to live.

The Creator and Maker 

Creators and Makers Practice is inspired by the artist’s lens, inviting you to be present with your making, your mark, your own way of creating, in a space where you can play, share, and soften the grip of “doing it right”.

Diana Green is an artist and facilitator, and a TEDx speaker in Japan. She works with individuals and groups to reconnect with what’s underneath the role, the pace, the performance through gentle, guided experience.

Across the session we use multiple modalities, including neuro-aesthetics, Reiki, neutral and safe facilitation, and positive inquiry. The point is not to produce “good art”. The point is to create enough quiet, enough safety, and enough permission for you to meet yourself again.

You’ll explore your inner world through making, then reflect on what it reveals about how you move through life, what you avoid, what you crave, what you are ready to claim. It’s surprisingly practical. When you can see yourself clearly, you can choose differently.
This is a beautiful session to reconnect to essence and purpose, without forcing an outcome.

What to expect
  • A nervous system exhale: a grounded, non-judgemental space that helps you soften and downshift.
  • A clearer sense of you: insights into your patterns, values, and the quieter truths you do not always make time for.
  • Permission to create again: not as productivity, but as presence, play, and self-trust.
  • A personal thread to follow: one or two meaningful prompts or discoveries you can take into work, leadership, and life.
  • A felt reconnection: a return to body, intuition, and the part of you that knows what matters.

Women Leaders are reaching beyond the usual tools and frameworks and realising that “more” doesn’t mean more output. It means going deeper, and being willing to work with their own inner world.

Most women leaders I meet are brilliant at holding it all. Families, teams, targets, ageing parents, friends. And somewhere along the way, they abandon themselves and their body.
OLOVO exists because I know what it’s like to be high-achieving and quietly disconnected. To keep succeeding while feeling strangely absent. To have a mind that can solve anything, and a nervous system that feels flat, tired, or over vigilant and ready to be hijacked.

This is sustainable self-care. One that builds and widens capacity. That pause you take before you respond and feel into the next action. Practices that shift your inner and outer world now, and deepen over time. It’s coming back into yourself by finding what works for you.

We curate experiences and make it safe to try new ways, so you can remember how to feel, how to resource, how to listen, and how to lead from a steadier place. You don’t have to overhaul your life. You just have to start somewhere truly centred and unapologetically feminine.

Every woman comes to OLOVO with different needs. You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you reach out. That’s our job. In this conversation we’ll help you name what’s feeling off, what you want to feel instead, and which experiences are most likely to meet you where you are. 
You’ll leave with gentle next steps, and the reassurance that you can try new things without having to commit to everything at once.
