I created OLOVO to create space for women leaders to restore their own power and look within for wisdom and guidance. As a corporate leader and founder working in complex systems, from management consulting to high-risk environments, I saw the hidden cost of high performance. I saw brilliant women leading through complexity, carrying invisible labour, and succeeding publicly while feeling quietly disconnected. I knew that "pushing through" was no longer a sustainable strategy. I looked for a space to restore, but I couldn’t find what I needed. Gyms felt old, dark, and masculine.
Wellness studios often felt narrow or performative.
I wanted a sanctuary that held the whole woman with all her fierceness, her ambition, her nervous system, and her need for restoration. OLOVO is that space. It is the result of my own ongoing journey from burnout to vitality, built to help you remember the power you have always known.
